A structure of a toilet for sterilization having an ultra-violet ray lamp is provided to be infected by all kinds of microbes from the toilet by maintaining a seating rest part of the toilet in a bathroom into asepsis state and to sterilize an inside of the toilet effectively using the ultra-violet ray lamp by stretching and falling the folded ultra-violet ray lamp when the cover is closed. A structure of a toilet for sterilization on which an ultra-violet ray lamp is mounted contains a seating rest(20), a cover(10), a lamp insertion hole formed inside the cover of the toilet, an ultra-violet ray lamp case on which the ultra-violet ray lamp is mounted inside the case in which a top cap and a bottom cap are combined and in which the ultra-violet ray lamp is adhered inside the lamp insertion hole by using a hinge, an ultra-violet ray lamp pushing power switch which is mounted on an inside of the cover and is operated according to opening and shutting of the cover and a mode controlling part(80) controlling a sensitivity of a light sensor controlling an external lighting lamp and an internal lighting lamp according to the change of the intensity of the light of indoor.
