PURPOSE:To obtain the titled tangle suitable as an ingredient of instant soup, by covering the inner surface of a vessel having the shape of the ingredient with sliced tangle, putting tangle flakes, dried vegetables, powdery seasonings, etc., into the vessel, wrapping the content with the sliced tangle, rolling the product, spraying agar, etc., thereto and drying the agar. CONSTITUTION:The inner surface of a vessel having the shape of an ingredient is covered with sliced tangle. Small amounts of tangle flakes, dried vegetables, dried marine products, powdery seasonings, etc., are put into the vessel and gathered to form a heap. The heap is wrapped with the remaining part of the sliced tangle, and the tangle is sprayed with agar and/or gelatin and dried to obtain the objective tangle. |
