PURPOSE:To build up a light-weight, low-cost offshore platform device by providing a winch capable of winding or rewinding a wire laid between the platform and legs. CONSTITUTION:In an offshore platform device, a platform 3 is provided to plural legs 1 in a vertically movable manner, and a wire anchor 6, wheels 7, and a winch 8 are provided to the platform 3. Wheels 5 are also provided to the ends of the legs 1. A wire 9 is laid between the wheels 7 and 5 and the wire anchor 6, the end of the wire 9 is wound or rewound by the winch 8. The fixation of the platform 3 and the legs 1 is made by projecting a key 14 from an oil-pressure cylinder 13 provided to the platform 3 and inserting the key 14 into many key holes 15 provided in the longitudinal direction of the legs 1. |
