Support for an eccentrically revolving shaft

The support for a rotatable shaft (4) revolving eccentrically around a spatially fixed axis (21) consists in that the shaft is supported in at least two places by means of plain bearings in in each case one eccentric, cylindrical cut-out (23) in a bearing plate (9) which is connected to an input or output shaft (5) and, for its part, is supported via a plain bearing in a fixed housing. Only part of the circumference of the bearing journal of the eccentrically revolving shaft (4) and of the journal of the bearing plate (9) is to be supported in each case by the plain bearings and the bearing journal of the eccentrically revolving shaft is furthermore to roll directly on a bearing support ring (6) held in the fixed housing. In order to achieve a favourable arrangement from the manufacturing point of view with such a bearing design, the planes of rolling-contact support (2) and sliding-contact support (3) of the bearing journal of the eccentrically revolving shaft (4) should be adjacent but spaced apart and the bearing plate (9) should completely surround the bearing journal of the eccentrically revolving shaft. <IMAGE>
