PURPOSE:To control the order of writing and reading, by adding a flag memory which indicates the existence/nonexistence of data correspondingly to individual address and a pointer which appoints one point on a data memory to the data memory of a one-dimensional array structure. CONSTITUTION:A flag memory 8 stores flags indicating the existence/nonexistence of data correspondingly to each word of a data memory 1 of a one-dimensional array structure. A pointer 9 appoints one piece of data stored in the data memory 1. An input controlling circuit 10A and output controlling circuit 11A control the writing of data in the data memory 1 in a random or specified order and readout of data written in the data memory 1 in a specified order in a specified or random order in cooperation with the flag memory 8 and pointer 9. |
