PURPOSE:To process rapidly a draft and a check and to improve the reliability by assembling an MICR (magnetic ink character) reader, the MICR writer and the special drawing stamp, and using an amount corresponding table, which is prepared at receiving processing, when the payment processing is executed. CONSTITUTION:For the draft and the check suctioned from a hopper 1 to execute the receiving processing, MICR is read by an MICR (magnetic ink character) reader 6 and next, the image of the draft and the check is read. The amount is written at the amount corresponding table in the magnetic disk device, in accordance with the our bank draft (paid by our bank) or not, the removing stacker is discharged from a temporary holding part 21. The draft and the check shifted from the temporary holding part 21 to a storing part 20 are suctioned from the hopper 1 again to execute the payment processing, the amount read from the amount corresponding table is printed by an MICR writer 7, a special drawing mark is stamped by a special drawing stamp 8, and discharged to the storing part 20 classified into others' bank draft. |
