<p>An aziridino derivative of a tetrameric cyclochlorophosphazene compound having the formula N4P4Cl8-nAzn, in which Az represents aziridino and n = 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 or 7; a process for bonding such an aziridino derivative by aminolysis in a reaction solution of a compound having the formula N4P4Cl8-nAzn, in which n = 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6, and recovering the resulting aziridino derivative by means of "high performance liquid chromatography" as well as an aziridino derivative - based on the resulting aziridino derivative - of a tetrameric substituted cyclophosphazene compound having an anti-tumor acitivity and having the formula N4P4R8-nAzn, in which n = 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 or 7 and R represents the same or different substituents. </p> |
