<p>Prepn. comprises reacting 7-aminocephalosporanic acid of formula (I) (where R1 is -OOCCH3) with a thiol cpd. of formula R2-SH (where R2 is thienyl, diazolyl, thiazolyl, tetrazolyl, thiodiazolyl, thiotriazolyl, oxazolyl, oxadiazolyl, pyridyl, pyridinyl, benzothiazolyl, benzimidazolyl benzoxazolyl or all opt. substd. at 60-80 deg.C in an aq. medium of pH 5.0-8.0, then purifying by absorption on macro-net like strongly basic anion exchange resin having crosslinked acrylic acid copolymer structure and quaternary methyl ammonium functional groups. -</p> |
