发明名称 TURBINE ROTOR FOR ATOMIC POWER PLANT
摘要 PURPOSE:To provide a turbine rotor for an atomic power plant high in stress corrosion cracking resistance and excellent in low temp. toughness, obtained by thermally inserting a turbine wheel formed of an Fe base alloy containing C, Si, Mn, Cr, Mo and V respectively in a predetermined ratio into a turbine shaft. CONSTITUTION:A molten Fe base alloy containing, on a wt. basis, 0.10-0.25% C, 0.30% or less Si 0.20-1.00% Mn, 10.0-13.0% Cr, 0.50-1.50% Mo and 0.10- 0.50% V is obtained. In the next step, this molten alloy is cast while the cast matter is further subjected to necessary heat treatment, surface polishing and the other post-treatment to prepare a turbine wheel. Subsequently, this turbine wheel is thermally inserted into a desired turbine shaft to obtain an objective turbine rotor for an atomic power plant.
