AIR CRUSHING APPARATUS OF HIGH-TEMPERATURE MOLTEN SLAG

摘要

PURPOSE:To crush stably with air by providing a detector for detecting the quantity of heat of a molten slag stream which is crushed with air through a high-speed air current, a device for calculating an inclination angle basing on the signal from the detector and a device for controlling the obtained control signal. CONSTITUTION:A container 2 for high-temp. molten slag is hung and supported by a crane 1. A turndish 3 is provided below the container 2, and a trough 3a is attached to the turndish 3. An air nozzle 4 is provided below the trough 3a, and a hood 5 is equipped in front of the nozzle 4. A calorimeter 6 is provided below the hood 5. The detected value from the calorimeter 6 is displayed on an indicator 7, and an inclination angle is calculated through an arithmetic unit 8 basing on the detected value signal from the calorimeter 6. The container 2 for slag is inclined by a lifting member 10.
