PURPOSE:To provide a titled device which can deal smoothly with a considerable change in the diameter of a pipe to be worked by constituting replaceably the working device between the guiding rails for said device of plural annular rails disposed concentrically within the same plane. CONSTITUTION:An annular rail 4a for guiding a working device 3 which cuts or welds a pipe P is attached to a guiding rail 4 and is constituted rockingly around the axial center perpendicular to the axial center of the pipe P by the operation of an inclination changing handle 13 so that the pipe P can be worked in an inclining direction. Further >=1 piece of other annular rails having the smaller diameter are successively attached concentrically and freely attachably and detachably on the inside of said rail 4a within the same plane as the plane of said rail 4 and rail 4a and the device 3 is replaced on these annular rails so that the pipe of the diameter smaller than the diameter of the pipe P can be worked. |
