<p>The device (10) has a sliding nut (13) inserted into a C-profile rail (12) and protected against falling-out from the rail through screwing. The nut is connected with a disk (15) or a suspension, and a pipe clamp is fastened to the disk and/or the suspension and/or the nut. The nut and the disk or the suspension are arranged at distance from each other by an elastically deformable unit (16) made of material such as rubber. The deformable unit has length larger than breadth of a nut opening (14), such that the unit braces the device with side parts of the rail after screwing the nut.</p>
