PURPOSE:To provide an apparatus for the continuous mass-production of scrambled egg, composed of a cylinder having watertight rear end, furnished with a heating means, and adjustably inclined directing the front end upward, and a driving shaft furnished with a scraper and a whipper and inserted in the cylinder. CONSTITUTION:The cylinder 1 is heated with the heating means 5, and the driving shaft 2 is rotated with the driving means 3 through the belt 31 and the sprocket 32. The raw egg liquid (a mixture of liquid egg and a soup) and a food oil are supplied to the cylinder 2 through the lines 110 and 111, respectively. The raw egg liquid is solidifed while being pushed forward (upper left side in the figure) with the scraper 9, divided with the whipper 4 to form scrambled egg, discharged from the outlet 12 to the hopper 7, cooled with the cooling device 8, and packaged. The inclination angle of the cylinder 1 is adjusted with the tilting means 6 to an angle optimum to produce the scrambled egg. |
