PURPOSE:To enable blanking of a blind plate from either side of an outside plate cover and to reduce man-hour of a pressing operation by projecting the blind plate to be formed with a knock-out hole for construction on the outside cover from both sides of the outside cover at certain angle relative with the centerline of the outside cover. CONSTITUTION:If the recess of a blind plate 14 is tapped from the arrow A1 direction of an outside cover 1, the contact between the lanced section of the plate 14 at a notch 15 and the hole section on the cover 1 side is so small that a non-lancing part 13b can be easily disconnected and the plate 14 is detached from the cover 1 except at the part 13a. When the projecting part of the plate 14 is tapped from an arrow A2 direction, the contact between the cover 1 at the part 15 and the section of the plate 14 is so small that the part 13a can be easily disconnected. The pressing is thus accomplished without taking the directivity in blanking the plate 14 into consideration in the stage of pressing the knock-out hole. |
