PURPOSE:To attain efficient connection to a public communication line by providing an automatic calling circuit selecting mechanism to a communication controller so as to select an idle circuit and give dialing thereto in circuits of plural automatic calling mechanism provided in the communication controller. CONSTITUTION:A computer 4 uses a dialing designation circuit 6 so as to designate dialing to the automatic calling circuit selecting mechanism 8 of the communication controller 3. The automatic calling circuit selecting mechanism 8 selects an idle circuit in circuits 0 and 1 of the automatic call mechanism 1 and designates dialing to the automatic call mechanism 1. Then, the automatic call mechanism 1 uses the designated circuit state and conducts automatic dialing by using the circuit for automatic dialing of a CA20 network controller 5 thereby connecting the controller 5 to the public communication line. |
