PURPOSE:To form a small sized and smart key telephone set which is connected selectively to an optional line without using a line selecting button by closing a channel switch designated by the output of a speech recognition circuit. CONSTITUTION:When a number corresponding to a trunk line going to be desired by a caller is inputted from a microphone 101 or a transmitter 109, its voice signal is inputted to the speech recognition circuit 103 via a voice amplifier circuit 102. Plural voice patterns are registered in the speech recognition circuit 103, the pattern of input voice is compared with the registered voice pattern so as to identify a desired circuit. The result of identification is applied to a channel switch control circuit 104 so as to close the designated channel switch 105 and connect a designated trunk line 112 to a channel network 106. Then, the key telephone set is connected to the desired trunk line 112 thereby attaining talking or originating. |
