PURPOSE:To form good solar energy absorptive film in a short-time process by a method in which an aluminum material having a porous anodized film is treated with an aqueous solution containing a small amount of a noble metal colloid and then with an aqueous solution containing a cobalt (III) complex, a complexing agent, and a reducing agent. CONSTITUTION:An aluminum base material is subjected to an anodic oxidation treatment to form an anodized film having fine pores on the surface and then dipped in an aqueous solution containing a noble metal colloid. The base material having small amounts of noble metal colloid on its surface is further dipped in a solution (or a colored film-forming solution) containing a Co (III) complex, a reducing agent, and a complexing agent in such a way that an oxidation-reduction reaction takes place on the surface of noble metal colloid particles to form metallic cobalt. Since the formation reaction of metallic cobalt is fast, a solar energy absorptive film can be formed in a short time. The metallic cobalt film so obtained shows good selective absorbability. |
