<p>A pump has a lower body (1) and an upper body (4) between which extends a membrane (3) driven by drive mechanisms (2) in the lower body (1). A non-return inlet valve (5) and a non-return drive or outlet valve (6) are housed in the upper body (4). The upper body (4) is of plastics material, and compensation capsules (7,8) and respective nipples (9,10) are also formed of plastics material. The upper body (4) includes grooves (11) into which the compensation capsules (7,8) fit, the arrangement allowing a particular orientation of the nipples (9, 10) to be chosen for a particular engine, and then the plastics parts (4, 7,8) welded together by ultrasound welding. <IMAGE></p> |
