PURPOSE:To attain the data processing for input pulse number during a service interruption by separating a pulse counter from a data processing part to enable the pulse counting even though the data processing part is under service interruption and checking the simultaneous service interruption of the pulse counter. CONSTITUTION:A pulse counter part 4 is separated from a data processing part 6, and the measurement data is supplied to a measurement pulse generator 2 from a measurement sensor 1. Thus a pulse is produced every fixed quantity of measurement and supplied to the part 4. A power supply device 5 is connected to the generator 2 and the part 4, and various data are displayed to a display device 3. While an operator console 7 and a power supply device 8 are connected to the part 6, and the part 6 transmits a data request. Then the count value and a service generation flag are sent back to the part 6 from the part 4 in reply to the request of the part 6. Then the part 6 can discriminate the simultaneous service interruption of the part 4 with the service interruption generation flag sent back. Thus it is possible to process the count number during a service interruption.
