PURPOSE:To prevent accumulation of waste liquid in drain pipes by providing drain pipes for discharging waste liquid as occasion demands to bending parts of transfer pipes of waste liquid connecting to each installation. CONSTITUTION:Waste liquid accumulates in the drain pipes 12a, 12b, and 12c by the transfer of the waste liquid from a collecting tank 7 to a treating device 8, and from the treating device 8 to a storage tank 10. The inside of the drain pipes is easily cleaned by passing water through waste liquid transfer pipes 9, 11; the waste liquid accumulated in said drain pipes is discharged in this way. The diameter of the waste liquid transfer pipe 11 is designed to ca. 50mm. and the diameter of the drain pipe 12a to be connected to the bottom of the bending part is 25mm.. The length (a) of the drain pipe 12a is preferred to be <=100mm.. Thus, the waste accumulated in the drain pipes is removed effectively and corrosion of the drain pipes is prevented.
