PURPOSE:To permit easy cleaning in the stage of changing the color of a powder paint and to improve the recovering efficiency of the paint by housing a paint supplying part in a paint recovering device and regulating the flow direction of the powder paint toward the same horizontal direction as the injecting direction of a gun. CONSTITUTION:A painting gun 31 is supplied with a paint P from an injector 252 of a paint recovering device 20 and is driven by a driving means to inject the paint P to a material 40 to be painted. When the paint P is thereupon sprayed from the gun 31 while the material 40 is transferred, the flow of the paint P is sucked by the suction force generated by a blower 16 into the device 20, and is regulated to laminar flow toward the horizontal direction by a perforated plate 23. The paint is filtered with a bag filter 24 through the plate 23 after enclosing the material 40 and therefore the paint is captured by the filter 24. The captured paint P' is blown down to a lower paint supplying part 25 from a reverse injecting nozzle 161 and is supplied again to a gun mechanism 30.
