PURPOSE:To relieve the stress of a steam pipe due to the sagging without interfering the back and forth motion of a driving system by a structure wherein a steam pipe supporting member is bent in a hook shape and made rotatable about it bend. CONSTITUTION:When a driving system 6 moves forward, the tip of an arm 103 is brought into contact with the convexly curved surface 110 of a supporting member 100 so as to turn the supporting member 100 counterclockwise with the forward motion of the driving system 6 in order for the hook-shaped member 100 to be shifted from the position parallel to the longitudinal direction of a channel beam 1 to the position nearly normal thereto. When the driving system 6 moves further forwards, the length of unfitted part of the steam pipe 8 gradually becomes longer, resulting in sagging by gravity and finally being through into contact with and supported by a concavely curved surface plate 120 arranged on the steam pipe supporting member 100. When the driving system 6 moves backwards, the lower part of the driving system 6 pushes the supporting member 100 so as to turn the member 100 clockwise about a pin 102. When the driving system 6 moves further backwards, the convexly curved surface 121 of the supporting member 100 is brought into contact with the tip of the arm 103 and turned further clockwise so as to be made nearly parallel to the longitudinal direction of the channel beam 1.
