PURPOSE:To increase the effect of alarming by increasing the sound volume after a timer reaches the timer operating time to the volume more than the sound volume at the operation of a sleep switch in a radio receiver provided with the sleep switch and an alarming timer. CONSTITUTION:In turning off a switch S1 and operating the sleep switch S2 after conventional use of th radio receiver, since an FF circuit FF is set, a gate circuit G is opened and a ''minute'' signal pulse from the alarm circuit is started to be applied to a frequency divider DV2. Further, a relay RL1 continues the supply of power to the receiver. Since a relay RL2 is operated at the same time in this case and a sound volume level selecting switch S3 of the receiver is switched to a low level position (1st level), the sound volume of the receiver is decreased. When 30min, for example, is elapsed, the FF circuit FF is reset by an output pulse from a frequency divider V2, the gate circuit G is closed and also interrupts the power to the receiver. On the other hand, the relay RL2 is restored and the switch S2 is restored to a high level position (2nd level). A time switch TS is turned on at a time of alarming, and the receiver starts receiving at a large sound volume of the 2nd level. |
