A spigot wall structure of an oil pump is provided to determine the exact position of converter housing and to realize the light weight of the oil pump. A spigot wall structure of an oil pump comprises: a cover(50) for the oil pump of a disc shape; and a plurality of fitting wall(52) installed along the peripheral direction of the cover for the oil pump in fixed intervals, protruded from an outer rim of a converter housing side of the cover of the oil pump to a converter housing. The converter housing is externally inserted into the outer circumference(52a) of the fixing wall.
