PURPOSE:To use independently a word processor main body and a printer by providing a freely loadable/unloadable information processor which stores temporarily the print information outputted from the word processor main body. CONSTITUTION:A processor 5 attains apparently the function of a printer or the functions of a character information memory processor and a memory to a word processor main body 11 in accordance with a control program stored in an ROM6. Then the processor 5 stores the print information to an RAM7. Then a character information processor 1 is separated from a connector 12 of the processor main body at the area of a connector 2, and the connector 2 is connected to a connector at the printer side to perform the print processing. The processor 5 has the same function as the main body 11 which controls the print to the printer side and transmits the character information stored in the RAM7 to the printer in the form of the print information.
