PURPOSE:To improve catalytic activity by mixing powder of carbon, silica, alumina, etc. with insolubilized polystyrene and metallophthalocyanine polymer. CONSTITUTION:Metallophthalocyanine polymer is obtd. by heating, for example, 1,2,4,5-tetracyanobenzene and anhydrous metallic chloride at 200 deg.C for 1-2hr in formamide/glycol solvent. Active carbon, alumina sol, or silica sol is mixed with said metallophthalocyanine polymer, and the mixture is molded to an optional shape. |
