FIELD: technological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of abrasive machining and may be used for machining of cylindrical high-precision surfaces in system "shaft-hole", for instance, surfaces of cartridges and cylinders in internal combustion engine. Machined part is engaged with tool. Tool used is mixture of liquid with electrolytic properties and abrasive substance contained in body with the possibility of rotation in electromagnet field. Liquid used is engine oil with addition of metal admixtures, and abrasive substance is diamond powder that makes 40-65 wt % of engine oil amount. Body is arranged in the form of tank made of non-magnetic material, preferably copper. Machined part and tank are installed as stationary. ^ EFFECT: efficiency is increased, as well as quality of processing due to improved grade accuracy, and technological process is simplified. ^ 1 dwg |
