<p>PURPOSE:The liquid which has been cooled by the cooling plates of a small sized refrigerator is made to flow in the tank for water circulating around a pickle tub cooled with underground water to effect cooling of the picle tub, thus keeping high freshness of the pickles for a long period of time. CONSTITUTION:The small referigerator 1 is connected to pipes for coolant 10, 11 and the pipe 11 is connected to the pipe 13 for the liquid for cooling the pickle. Then, electricity is applied to cool the liquid 15 through the plate 14 and the cooled liquid 15 is fed through the pipe 5 or 3 to the tank 7. In the meantime, the air is purged from the inside of the pipe 1 to the part 3 thereof by the air pusher 9 and the air is allowed to go up from the part 4 into the air chamber 8 and the cooling liquid 15 is pushed up with the air pressure and sent from the inlet of the pipe 5 into the circulation tank 17 for the pickle tub 22 to cool the pickles, then recycled from the outlet of the pipe 3 into the tank 7.</p> |
