PURPOSE:To dry without damaging the separative and permeative functions of a semipermeable membrane and causing deformation of the size by dipping a moist membrane into an aq. soln. of sodium lactate. CONSTITUTION:To manufacture a dry membrane having selective permeability, a film-forming liquid is flowed out and spread, and the film is dipped in water to solidify. Thus a moist membrane contg. a large amt. of water inside is obtained. The moist membrane is dipped in an aq. soln. of sodium lactate, and dried by heating or air blowing to remove the water content. The concn. of sodium lactate is suitably regulated to 5-70wt%. By this method, since a reaction product resulting from an urethane adhesive is not detected and hence there is no problem in the safety of a living body, the membrane can be used efficiently in medical and pharmaceutical fields. |
