摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a magnetron in which a given output frequency characteristic can be realized and the temperature gradient of an anode cylinder becomes the maximum in its center in the axial direction by providing an anode vane with a stage area extending along the axial direction. CONSTITUTION:An area 13a of an anode vane 13 located on the side of the inner circumference surface of an anode cylinder 1 is located in the center (a) of the anode cylinder 1 in its axial direction. A cathode-side area 13c connected to the area 13a through a stage area 13b, is deviated from the center (a) in the axial direction. One end of an electromagnetic-wave-leading-out conductor 8 is fixed to the cathode-side area 13c by brazing. Therefore, the position of the anode vane 13 seen from the conductor 8 is maintained to have the relationship of H1<H2, while that seen from the anode cylinder 1 is located in the center (a). As a result, the temperature distribution of the anode cylinder 1 can be made the maximum in the center (a) while maintaining the conventional electric light of the conductor 8. In a kind of a tube in which the condition of H1<H2 is necessary, a slant sloping down to the right is used.
