PURPOSE:The titled composition, obtained by polymerizing an ethylenically unsaturated monomer having the second order transition point within a specific range with a cellulosic ester having a molecular chain consisting of epsilon-caprolactone linked thereto, and having improved cohesive force and adhesive force. CONSTITUTION:An adhesive agent composition obtained by incorporating (A) preferably 1-35pts.wt. graft polymer prepared by the ring opening reaction of epsilon-caprolactone with a cellulosic ester, preferably cellulose acetate butyrate, with (B) preferably 99-65pts.wt. ethylenically unsaturated monomer having <=-25 deg.C second order transition point, preferably an acrylic acid ester having a 4-12C alkyl group or a polymer thereof with a copolymerizable ethylenically unsaturated monomer. USE:Adhesive sheets and adhesive tapes.
