A band clamp has slots 32 cut in one end of the band and a housing 41 containing a screw 51 anchored at the other so that its threads 53 can engage the slots 32 to tighten the band. The housing 41 is held on the band with the underside 43a of its saddle held between projections 33, 34 formed in the end of the band which also has a hole 35 through which the screw threads engage slots 32. <IMAGE> |
