Shape memory-composite material (10) with a three shape characteristics, comprises (a) a three-shape shape memory polymer, which comprises at least one kind of crosslinking point and at least two control elements, which are formed by phase segregation of a control phase with a transition temperature, so that the polymer after a thermo-mechanical programming in the absence of its material temperature and besides a permanent form (PF), can occupy at least two temporary forms (TF1, TF2), and (b) at least a magnetic material imbedded in the shape memory polymer. An independent claim is included for an article (16), which is produced at least partly from the shape-memory-composite material.
