PURPOSE:To enable measurement of amylase in urine with an oxygen film sensor having glucose selectivity, by further measurement of a sensor output by the predetermined time at a value of the sensor output exceeding the preset value. CONSTITUTION:When a glucose reaction reaches approximately a constant valve by using the amylase standard serum of a known concentricity such as ACR, a sensor value So at a moment when the predetermined time has passed from a point Po is derived and a calibration is made on this measured value.
