<p>PURPOSE:To provide a warm-water heat exchanger having twin tube paths and improved heat conductivity of a flat conductive tube of twin tubes at high heat load side and also a flat conductive tube at low heat load side wherein stagnant water is not boiled at the stop time of its operation by inserting such a member that has cut and raised turbulent flow plates placed alternately on the upper and lower parts of a band plate in the flat conductive tube at high heat load side. CONSTITUTION:In a flat heat-conductive tube 12a a partition plate 31 is placed at the center part of the tube inside in the tube axial direction for overall length of a straight tube part. The width of this partition plate is about same as the size L4 between two walls in a minor axis L1 and at its both edge parts, folded pieces 31a are formed and its flat wall part a number of turbulent flow plates 32 are cut and raised alternately in the upper and lower sides. Water flow is made turbulent by the turbulent flow plates 32 and flows in wave form as a whole and flow does not stagnate around the top of the turbulent flow plates 32. Therefore, heat transfer coefficient between tube walls and flowing water is increased and mal-distribution of temp. because of local heating in partial stagnant place of water flow does not occur. And, heat absorption amount by flowing water is increased and as a result, maximum temp. of fins is reduced.</p> |
