PURPOSE:To eliminate a difference in sensitivity due to a hue, to form efficiently a colored image, and to extend a range in which a color tone for coloring is selected, by laminating a photosensitive material and a coloring material in a separated state. CONSTITUTION:A coloring material layer 2 and a photosensitive material layer 3 are successively laminated on a substrate film 1 to form a photosensitive film 4. A negative film 5 is brought into contact with the layer 3 of the film 4, and the layer 3 is exposed through the film 5 and developed to form a resist pattern 6. The parts of the layer 2 not covered with the pattern 6 are selectively removed by dissolution. A polyester film or the like undergoing little dimensional change is used as the substrate 1. The layer 3 contains diazonium salt, and the layer 2 contains PVA. After forming a resist pattern by exposure to light rich with ultraviolet rays, the layers 3, 2 may be processed with the same solvent to obtain a colored image in one stage. The sensitivity of the colored photosensitive material is increased, a difference in the sensitivity due to the hue is eliminated, and the color tone of the coloring material layer can be arbitrarily selected. |
