PURPOSE:To enable to prevent a rotor cylinder from cracking irrespective of the size of the diameter of the cylinder and to improve the performance of a motor readily and inexpensively by filling plastic material between space in a mold in the state that the charging pressure of the material is acted on the outer surface of the rotor. CONSTITUTION:A rotor cylinder 2 and a rotational shaft 3 are supported in a mold 9, and the mold 9 is clamped. A plastic material is filled through an inlet 11 in the mold 9, and solidified. The molten material filled from the inlet 11 is filled in a backup space 15 in the mold, flowed out through a crossing passage 16 from the space, and filled in the space 14 in the mold. The material is filled in the space 14 by this filling, and completely filled simultaneously in the space 15. After the material is then solidified, a molded unit is removed from the mold 9. Then, the material solidified to cover the outer peripheral surface of the cylinder 2 is isolated. |
