PURPOSE:To ensure the safety of a human being against the misoperation of a robot, by setting the maximum rated value of a driving source in a teaching mode at a level smaller than the maximum rated value of reproduction. CONSTITUTION:The maximum rated value of a driving source in a teaching mode is set at a level smaller than the maximum rated value of reproduction. For instance, a switch S1 or a current limit value changeover relay CR1 of the switch S1 and an ignition control circuit 7 closes in a teaching mode. Then no large current flows to a motor M by the control of a trailing resistance R or a thyristor SCR. In a reproduction mode, a switch S2 or the switch S2 and a current limit value changeover relay CR2 close to ensure a flow of the current up to the rated current F to the motor M. |
