PURPOSE:To obtain the titled drug preparation having improved applicability to the skin and resistant to the peeling from the diseased part, by compounding at least YUOU [realgar AsS)] and sulfur as active components to a pressure-sensitive adhesive polymeric substance layer, and applying the layer closely to a carrier. CONSTITUTION:The objective self-adhesive remedy for dermatic diseases for external use can be prepared by applying a self-adhesive polymer layer containing at least YUOU and sulfur as active components closely to a substrate. The remedy may be further incorporated with red lead oxide, NANSEI and/or NANTEN-JITSU (fruit of Nandina domestica), potassium aluminum sulfate and lead monoxide. A Chinese drug preparation can be obtained by compounding copper sulfate and DAIOU (rhizoma of Rheum palmatum) to the above remedy. The problems of conventional Chinese drug preparation, i.e. difficulty of application to the skin and the liability of the applied powder to be fallen off from the skin, can be solved by the present preparation. The amounts of (1) YUOU, (2) sulfur, (3) red lead oxide, NANSEI and/or NANTEN-JITSU, potassium aluminum sulfate, and lead monoxide, and (4) DAIOU are 1-30pts.wt., 1-60pts.wt., 1-20pts.wt. each, and 1-45pts.wt. per 100pts.wt. of the self-adhesive polymer. |
