PURPOSE:To make it possible to prepare a large number of bellows, by molding bellows to a bottomed cylindrical body covering the leading end part of a core while supplying air from the interior of the core. CONSTITUTION:A core 5 has a communication bore 9 provided therein and a step 9c is provided to the intermediate part of said bore 9 while a piston 11 mounted with a spring 10 is inserted through said bore 9 and the leading end part thereof is formed into a vale 12 to always energize the valve toward a closing direction. Molten rubber is brought to such a state that rubber bellows 2 are fit around the peripheral surface of the core 5. In the next step, when air is supplied from an air supply pipe 6, the valve 12 is opened and the bellows 2 fit around the outer peripheral surface in a sucked state of the core is instantaneously detached from the core 5 by air pressure and the inflation of the rubber material. |
