PURPOSE:To inhibit time-signal in midnight and perform specific time-signal before and after it and in a succeeding time zone by discriminating time zones in a day, and generating three kinds of time-signal control signal according to the time zones and controlling the inhibition of the time-signal. CONSTITUTION:A discriminating circuit 9 discriminates on the time zone in a day according to count outputs of a counter 6 which counts outputs of 15-min intervals from a frequency divider 5 and a 24-scale hour counter 8 and outputs three kinds of time-casting control signal to control the closure of gates 9-21. Consequently, the cutoff of time-signal signals of every 15, 30, and 45min from monostable multivibrator 15-17 and a regular time-signal signal from a monostable multivibrator 14 is controlled. The time-signal is not performed in midtime from AM1:00 to AM3:45, and the regular time is struck in time zones before and after it, i.e. from PM10:00 to AM0:45 and from AM4:00 to AM6:45; and the time- signal is performed at intervals of 30min including the regular time from PM7:00 to PM9:45 and from AM7:00 to AM9:45, and at intervals of 15min including the regular time in other time zones. |
