A method and a system for displaying an endoscopic image and recoding media with a program are provided to reduce an observation time of an observer by controlling the display speed of the endoscopic image according to the moving speed of an endoscopy. A system for displaying an endoscopic image includes an endoscopy(100), a display device(400) and a workstation(300). An endoscope includes an imaging device, an illuminating device, and a transmitting unit. The imaging device obtains the image of the inside of the body. The illuminating device illuminates the inside of the body. The transmitting unit transmits the obtained image to a receiver(200). The display device displays the obtained image. The workstation controls the display speed of the image according to the position information of the endoscopy.
