PURPOSE:To relieve congestion and to utilize effectively a telephone exchange by reporting that forcible disconnection will be executed after a specific time when the congestion occurs, then disconnecting a telephone circuit. CONSTITUTION:If congestion occurs to the local exchange 18 of a calling subscriber 10 during a telephone call between the calling subscriber 10 and a called subscriber 16, a congestion detecting circuit 14 sends a congestion detection signal 19 to a talkie connection circuit 15. Then, the connecting circuit 15 transmits an indication signal 21 for connecting a talkie trunk to a line link network 11 and a trunk link network 13, and informs the calling subscriber 10 and called subscriber 16 through the talkie trunk 20 that the telephone service is cut off the specific time later. Then, the communication circuit 33 is disconnected. |
