PURPOSE:To enable to prevent a rotor cylinder from cracking irrespective of the size of the diameter of the cylinder and to improve the performance of a motor readily and inexpensively by filling plastic material between space in a mold in the state that the charging pressure of the material is acted on the outer surface of the rotor. CONSTITUTION:A rotor cylinder 2 and a rotational shaft 3 are supported in a mold 9, and the mold 9 is clamped. A plastic material is filled through an inlet 11 in the mold 9, and solidified. The molten material 4 filled from the inlet 11 is filled in a backup space 15 in the mold, overflowed from the space 15, and filled in the space 14 in the mold through a connecting passage 16. In this case, since a holding projection 17 is not completely isolated from the space 15 in the mold, the material continuously surrounds the outer peripheral surface of the inlet side of the cylinder 2 without gap to be filled in the space. Then, the material solidified to cover the outer peripheral surface of the cylinder 2 is isolated to obtain a rotor. |
