PURPOSE:To provide superior developability, to reduce the discoloration of the ground after development, and to enable the long-term preservation of a copy by adding a diazo compound, at least one kind of alkylphenol type coupler, and a resorcinol ether type coupler. CONSTITUTION:This diazo copying material contains a diazo compound represented by general formula I (where each of R1 and R2 is alkyl), at least one kind of alkylphenol type coupler represented by general formula II, III or IV(where each of R3 and R4 is alkyl, each of R5 and R6 is H, alkyl or the like, each of R7 and R8 is alkyl, R9 is H, alkyl or the like, and each of R10 and R11 is alkyl), and a resorcinol ether type coupler represented by general formula V(where R12 is alkylene such as ethylene or methylene, phenylene-alkylene or isoalkylidene such as isopropylidene, each of R13 and R14 is H, alkyl or the like, and (p) is 0 or an integer). The alkylphenol type and resorcinol ether type couplers act as discoloration inhibitors at the ground part and as couplers at the image part. |
