PURPOSE:To permit to discharge the liquid of trace amount quantitatively by a method wherein a part of the discharging liquid of a rotary volume type pump of large discharging capacity is sucked by the rotary volume type pump of small discharging capacity to return it to the suction side of the pump of large discharging capacity. CONSTITUTION:A liquid supplying pipe 4 is connected to the suction side of the rotary volume type pump 1, such as a gear pump or the like, which has the large discharging capacity of Qcc/rev while a delivery pipe 5 is connectd to the delivery side of the same pump. The supplying pipe 6, connected to the delivery pipe 5, is connected to the suction side of the rotary volume type pump 2, such as the gear pump or the like, which has the small discharging capacity of qcc/ rev (Q>q) while a return pipe 7, connected to the supplying pipe 4, is connected to the delivery side of the same pump. By rotating the pumps 1, 2 by a driving device 3 with the same speed, the liquid of flow amount (Q-q)cc/rev is discharged quantitatively from the delivery pipe 5 and even the trace amount of liquid of low viscosity may be discharged quantitatively.
