PURPOSE:To miniaturize packing configuration and facilitate handling by splitting a water receiving tank into upper and lower parts and the pump is covered by the splitted water receiving tanks upon packing and transporting the device. CONSTITUTION:The water receiving tank 1 is splitted into a lower tank 2 and an upper tank 3 and the jointing parts thereof are sealed by a packing along the whole periphery thereof while the flanges of the tanks are clamped through screws or the like. A pump 5 is mounted on the upper tank 3 and the side wall of the upper tank 3 is provided with a ball tap supplying and stopping water and a water suction pipe 7. Upon packing and transporting, the pump is accommodated in the overturned lower tank 2 and the upper tank 3 is put on them so as to cover the overturned lower tank 2. The size of the packing is determined by the size of the pump, therefore, it may be miniaturized and the cost of packing may be reduced, further, the efficiency of transportation and warehouse storage may be improved. The configurations of the lower and upper tanks may be configured so that the pump is covered by the upper tank at first and the lower tank is put on the upper tank to cover it.
