PURPOSE:To prepare a transparent or translucent paste food, by rolling ground fish meat in the form of a sheet, leaving the sheet at rest, and drying the product by heating. CONSTITUTION:Ground meat of fish such as walleye pollack, cuttlefish, lizard fish, etc. is optionally added with salt, and rolled in the form of a sheet. The sheet is left at rest e.g. for 15hr at 30 deg.C or for 30min at 60 deg.C, and dried by heating (e.g. for 8hr at 65 deg.C or 6hr at 75 deg.C) until the sheet becomes transparent or translucent. |
