<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate the peeling of a filter cloth on one side from SAKE lees and reduce the SAKE lees peeling operation with scrapers only to that in the other side by half, by injecting an unrefined SAKE into a gap between filter cloths having different adhesion properties to the SAKE lees placed on top of each other, and pressing the filter cloths from both sides with squeezing plates. CONSTITUTION:At least two kinds of filter cloths such as a filter cloth 2 of multiple combination weave or a filter cloth 3 of plain weave having varied knitting and weaving methods or knitting or weaving textures and different adhesion properties to SAKE lees (P) are prepared, and the filter cloths 2 and 3 are placed on top of each other and mounted on both sides of a filtration plate 4. Squeezing plates 5 and 5 are placed on both outsides, and if necessary the whole assemblies are placed on top of each other in plural layers. An unrefined SAKE is then injected into the gap between both filter cloths 2 and 3 and pressed from both sides to squeeze SAKE therefrom. After releasing the pressure, both filter cloths 2 and 3 are separated to peel one filter cloth 2 easily from the SAKE lees (P), which are adhered to the other filter cloth 3. Scrapers (33a3) and (33b3) are then inserted between the SAKE lees (P) and the filter cloth 3 to peel the SAKE lees (P) from the filter cloth 3.</p> |
