摘要 PURPOSE:To manufacture inexpensively an inorg. substance-metal composite body provided with characteristics of hyperfine particles and easy to handle by substituting polynuclear metallic hydroxide ions for cations coordinated on the surface of an inorg. compound having cation exchange capacity and by carrying out reduction. CONSTITUTION:An inorg. compound having a cation exchange capacity is charged into a soln. contg. polynuclear metallic hydroxide ions to substitute the ions for part or all of cations coordinated on the surface of the inorg. compound or between the layers. An amorphous inorg. compound such as silica gel or a crystalline inorg. compound such as synthetic aluminosilicate is used as the inorg. compound. The substituted polynuclear metallic hydroxide ions are optionally converted into metallic oxide by dehydration under heating, and reduction is carried out in a flow of hydrogen or a soln. of hydrazine or the like to obtain an inorg. substance-metal composite body consisting of an inorg. compound having cation exchange capacity as a host and metallic particles present on the surface of the compound or between the layers as a guest.
